www.westernjournalism.com Occupy Wall Street’s main website, OccupyWallStreet.org, had one of its members (ajmacdonaldjr) post a link to private investigator Bill Warner’s website, stating that James Holmes was a member of the anarchist arm of Occupy, the Black Bloc group. The user agrees with Warner’s conclusions, though as many have pointed out neither the Occupier nor Warner offer any proof. However, it certainly is more logical than connecting a Tea Party member, as ABC’s Brian Ross did within a few hours of the shooting. As Warner states on his website, Holmes fits with the Black Bloc appearance/MO—black clothing, gas mask, etc., and the oddity of Holmes’ Internet footprint—or rather lack thereof. Despite being “on the grid,” so to speak, going to UC Riverside for four years, attending University of Colorado, etc., a Google search shows absolutely nothing, which fits the Black Bloc MO—that is, staying off the radar. Warner also did an extensive database search (Social Security number, credit rating, etc.), finding, again, nothing. That is, the anarchist tend to not leave any data footprint. Warner, if you look at his website, has been studying the Occupy movement (specifically the Black Bloc group) since 2008, so it is not this off-the-cuff statement as many have stated that he makes.
